Generally Open means that not enclosed, obstructed or filled with objects or we can say that something which have no enclosing or confining barrier.

If we talk about the particular word open it has different meanings in different eras which may be related to surrounding things, a person's thinking on an particular or thoughts and feelings of someone.

If we talk about real life example it is important for every person to make their thoughts open and make their mind free to express something which gives a self confidence or self esteem to present ourself in front of others.

In an open discussion, any one present can speak for as long as they like, and there are no rules governing turn- taking, topic adherence or other constraints on the discussion.

A person's open mind reduce the possibility of conflicts and misunderstanding because it can help us to put our differences aside and cooperate to progress as individuals, and as a society.

Open-minded people tend to ask questions rather than offer their own opinions or argue.

You can practice asking more questions during almost any conversation. For example- if a coworker is talking about a hobby you have never tried, ask them for more details about how it and what they enjoy about it.

Open minded people embrace being wrong, are free of illusions, don't mind what people think of them, and question everything even themselves.

"Therefore, to see an opportunity we must be open to all thoughts and should free from all restrictions/thoughts which breaks us to do something good ".
